are you serious Pete?

My post reflects my memory of what I heard. I not longer have a copy of the transcript. If it's so important to you, then post a link to that transcript and I'll read it again.

What if I "heard" you beat your wife and kick your dog. Should I go around telling people that online and then tell you to prove it is not true?

I TOLD you where you can find the transcripts. Send David Korn an email if you wish and I bet he has them... I have the question on video tape and Kangas printed my question and showed it under my name.

BTW, if he again goes on NBR, I would send a similar question for Paul Kangas to ask.

"You had Microsoft in your newsletter portfolio as a HOLD when it was at $120. You kept it as a hold when it was as low as $40 before it recovered to $50. How high would it have to go to become a SELL and how low would it have to go to become a BUY?"

I would then follow it up with:

"You advised your subscribers to BUY B2B ecommerce fund TEFQX in Feb. 2000 when it was selling for $16 and you moved it to HOLD in the March 2001 newsletter when it was $4. In the April 2001 newsletter you make no mention of the fund even as it closed on $2. Do you STILL advice your readers to HOLD the fund, sell it or add to their positions? IF you liked it at $16, then you must love it at $2 and change."

Those are BOTH fair questions that I think subscribers want answers to.
