Cowen & Co. just reiterated a "strong buy" on AOL. There must be some serious bad news re: AOL to cause Cowen to pump so furiously and frequently. Also: CUC deal with AOL is mostly hot air. CUC shopping and services have been available on all the major online services for years and CUC is aggressively moving to the web. Looks like just another loan deal ($50 million) to a company still burning cash (AOL) faster than Cowen can issue upgrades. Regards
