sadly, I doubt it very much this is the case. Delay tactic only in my opinion. I think we'll see The Gang here, in cohoots (great word), drive the price up prior to June 20 AGM in order to foster the feeding frenzy histeria they depend upon. I will take advantage of that opportunity to "get the hell out of Dodge".
