I believe it will be both, but first it's the obvious economic conditions, and aftermath of the dotcom bomb. That statement about new accounts and existing accounts, really sums it up. As time goes by, the competition will only get stronger. You have to buy into NTAP having so far a lead, that others will never be able to catch them to not think that. Ones has to realize that smart companies will use a time out like this to strengthen their product offerings.
