I called DAK today:

1. A major share-holder is now assisting with the operations of the company to help turn around the current situation.

2. Focus currently on the NWT. Possibly more aquistions in the near future.

3. Negotiations re. possible JV on existing northern properties still on-going.

4. We will likely see more than 1 news release within the next month.

5. DAK mgmt. optimistic about the future, and they do not expect the share price to remain this low for long. Other deals are being discussed which cannot be disclosed at this time.
