Saw this CnnFn article about faster chip speeds coming from the use of Ultra Violet Lithography at the below link:

Is UTEK into this stuff at all ? I vaguely remember that they were developing UV lithography machines back then.

I sold my UTEK for a tax loss a few years ago at $15 and haven't been following them since that time.
