Yes, they are making progress with DSO's. Previously the sales guys were only motivated to make the sale. Now, they are motivated to make the sale AND collect the money. The sales guys only get paid once the payment is made. This should turn DSO's around in a hurry and the word is that it's working.

Also, the CFO retired a while ago and my impression is that he wasn't suited for this size company (a bit out of his league). The person taking on the CFO role at this time has a better grip on how to run a $100 million company.

Note: There was some bad debt on their books, but it was minimal apparently.
