Not the same as what? Do you think the long running horror shows in Pakistan and Afghanistan and the Philippines were somehow less important than the two week spy plane tempest-in-a-teapot? That last which, of course, ended up being resolved by "diplomatic fudging"? Or was it more important to screw things up well and good in the Philippines and Afghanistan, and therefore "diplomatic fudging" was more appropriate there?
