This is also good news for Microsoft's OS" I have a feeling that Microsoft - by virtue of their continual "plodding" - and not giving up - may soon emerge as a dominant player in the handheld OS space. They have everything to gain and little to lose at this point. The "CE" version represents their third iteration - which is typical for Microsoft to get their product "right". Paul
