Investors are looking for any sign of NOT a recovery but a STOP in deterioration. That is why the sector should recover; it may be the start of the recovery process in this business.

...and of course the stocks will higher well in advance of this.

A little more good news and there could be a flurry of buying of this stocks.
The downward move had incredible momentum and I believe that the upward moves will be pretty (not as much but still good).

Lots of shorts (or skeptical traders) and that is good news.
