Ummm .... "The details of the announcement are set forth in the Company's Press Release dated March 28, 2001" OK. They had a PR on March 27, 2001 that says Rocket would invest $4,000,000. That's only off by one day. Is that the same one they're talking about here? If so, the transaction kinda' morphed from an investment to an acquisition. TED
