Sat2000 - Very interesting. Thank you for the information. While he gave the answer that was right in my view, he certainly seemed surprised and embarrassed that such a question would be raised in NBR. I believe he had explained the situation in posts on his website on the now defunct thread and possibly on the program prior to his NBR appearance. Knowing this at the time, I took the surprise question as a deliberate attempt to embarrass him on NBR, rather than a valid question.

As I posted at the time, I see no conflict in having the UTEK Employee 401K having BJ Associates Money Management as one of its' employee investment choices on the one hand, and having Bob recommend UTEK stock on the other hand. The former has to do with UTEK employees and the latter has to do with UTEK, the company.

Time to look forward - move on.
