Anthony and All. Erols going with Flex.

I just had an interesting conversation with my provider Erols. They have decided to go with the Flex technology{by Asnd} So when I called them and asked why they would do this I was told that this was internally decided. I asked them- since I had called before when things were slow with them why they don't upgrade to x2 tech.- why they would choose Flex tech. over x2 and was told that x2 was only USRX and the other technology was with more companies. So since they could not have both -it would be too expensive- they had chosen Flex.tech. I tried to argue with the lady why Erols would not choose x2 when it has been widely accepted at this point and had given free upgrade before the other ones followed suit.

I told the lady it did not make any sense to me for them to go with a laggard. She said something like, well that's what our internal people decided to do and that's that. They decided what they feel is best. So I told her that I did not feel that an answer like, that's that was too great. Maybe the internal people are not the best and could be replaced with better ones?

Now did anyone with Erols call them? Maybe all should do this. I had quite a bit of trouble with slowness, even though they always gave me good support. Maybe they could use a bit more pushing. What do you all think?

Sonny
