1961.4/42.8=45.8 (dramatic changes in tech mkt mood) Looks like 20% Q put will be wasted this time... Just 4 more points and Q will hit 47, mid-term rally top. Will start to go short at around 47-48. *L1: When mid term rally is expected, don't wait till the last minute. 1 week too late again. (The market moves before the economy/event and the smart $ move before the market. For mid term trading plan, start taking position one week ahead of the expected mkt movement.)
