Richard, correct about the Russia effect on the market. IMO this won't go away, only temporary, if Russia begins delivery it would help and PGEs come down only to run up again on the next supply problem and it will be from Russia again, barring any other surprises. PHO just needs to get some good exploration results to attract a JV partner with $$, This is how they handle most properties. Let others spend the big $$ to earn an interest and PHO still reaps benefits on a discovery A couple other properies JVed will have $$millions spent on them. They will also do this with the silver property Ron
