Chip Cycle Flashback I suggest anyone who thinking about whether the "worst is over" in the chip cycle should read this blast from the past -- April, 1998. Some things never change. Look at what was being said then and what is being said now. The analysts in this piece was right. We all know what happened to the chips as 1998 progressed into summer and the autumn.
