AJ, thanks for those observations concerning the boro pres office. Would you mind expanding on it a bit? Are you referring to Empire City Subways, a subsidiary of NY Tel (Veizon)? Or are you referring to the NY City Dept of Environmental Protection, which oversees the sewers and the drinking water supply (which, hopefully, use different pipes;)?
