Pat, re: Erols and flex. That's just great. Another 3 months of slowness and probably there after. Looks like a lot of stubborn people in key positions at Erols who do not know a lot of anything. I went with them because of the cheap rate. Like they say, you get what you pay for. I will e-mail them this time. I might have to go with another provider. I still think if everyone using Erols would phone and e-mail, they might change their mind, also unlikely encountering their telephone staffing on this subject and it looks like they locked themselves in with Asnd. Once again, everyone phone and e-mail. Like you said, very faulty thinking on Erols part. Assuming about the standards. The word assuming lives up to its meaning again, judging from Erols. I have to read the e-mail to you more closely again before I send my e-mail out. Sonny
