Where do you want the nuclear plant? In your backyard?
Those things are scary. Still if they could be made much safer than in the past, maybe. But I wouldn't want to live within 100 miles of one. The three best clean infinite sources of energy? The sun, wind and hydrogen. we have a huge desert out there and lots and lots of free sun. Use it.
