I think you miss the point completely. The MM needs an alibi to drive the stock down to accumulate shares, they are using this alibi for that purpose. They can also use the alibi such as 1) the merger CSCC might not work out as well 2) increase competition in their core business 3) europe/japan sales will be weak etc, etc, etc... It is just an alibi, and nothing else. Stop trying to figure out what is the impact to the company. You are buying the stock, not the company. The best company can be overvalued, the worst can be undervalued. This one will come alive someday, it is just not there yet.
