Richard, I listened to that CC in real time so my memory isn't verbatim, but I recall pretty clearly that all the kickbacks occurred BEFORE Trowbridge came to that company. Once there, he wanted to fix the ship without having to declare bankruptcy but the crew before him outvoted him.

There wasn't anything to that story, and it was a stretch anyway to go from there to saying that Trowbridge is a criminal who is engaging in illegal activities on behalf of PLMD.

Bottom line is if there was a real problem concerning Trwobridge you would be reading about it constantly and PLMD would either be addressing it publicly or else they would let just KT go.

I'm not a die-hard PLMD bull but look at how the stock recovered in November from the first series of allegations, and now look how it's trending up after this second, more serious bout. Why fight the tape?
