Ramblin, shorting real estate? Hey, with the market mess you'd think so, huh. I tell ya, I always get amazed at places like you're talking about, Dalin. I call it the "obnoxiousness of wealth." After we came back from sailing last year, I did some research on some spots in the Caribbean. Check this out. This is a place I looked at. Note the last picture and the bar: oceanfrontproperties.com Hey, we're not out of the woods yet, the real estate market always lags behind so you may get your opportunity still yet to pick up a bargain.
