Open Downloader.
In Downloader go to Tools > Convert
In the Convert dialog box, select as source ASCII... and the folder in which it is located

Under options, select the dates and fields and set your other parameters, and select the securities for which you wish to record data

Under destination, select your Metastock Data folder, do not specify the securities
