Do you suspect that QCOM's intellectual property is a decaying asset with cdma2000?

I suspect not....

Do you suspect that QCOM's intellectual property is a decaying asset with 3GPP - with UMTS/wCDMA - or td-scdma, for that matter?

Have you heard of HSDPA?

Why not research HSDPA, presently being integrated into the future UMTS Release 5 within TSG-Ran, by Working Groups 1 and 2 (for all flavors of UMTS - including td).

Malcolm, why not do some research?

You might be surprised what you discover.
