I didn't use that poster's news at all to make any investments. And wouldn't. And don't own CSCO. So don't try to put words in my mouth. Go short CSCO all you want. I could give a hoot. Maybe you'll even make a little money. But right now you're going against what is at least a major bear rally, maybe even the end of the bear market, so watch out. I'd wait until after the May fed cuts or CSCO in the 20's, if I were you.
