These people win financially during Bush Admninistration: investors or those involved in oil, gas, mining, timber, tobacco, nuclear and some defence industries. Those who do business or live in Texas and the oil patch (though expect more air and water pollution). And those making over $300,000 a year.

Just about everyone else loses. Especially those making under $100,000. Fuel bills alone will more than off-set any tax savings and government deficits will increase.

However, those who want to ban abortion and sex education, listen to Rush Limbaugh or NRA members will at least feel better about losing money and/or their job.

Ironically those in many rural areas will be hit hardest though they mainly voted for Bush.
