ajtj99, if you look around your desktop you can fell how MSFT was so important for PC technology. I have a Dell computer and a Sansung Monitor where I can read Designed for Microsoft. I use Explorer, Excel, Word....... Bill Gates already know that PC computer reached a peak agree with you, I don't use 50% of my Excel features. But when we have a good and fast internet connection I think MSFT software with new features will work very well. New Technology crash was due telecom slowdown our computer now is 90% connected in the Internet, now there isn't enough money to improve broadband. I see second technology stage stronger than the first but first we need money flowing into telecom and cable TV again. How long ? I don't know PC = Business (boring stuff) Interactive TV = for FUN (Games,Video Conference, Internet Video on demand...........) Wireless devices= everybody will have one like cellular Nokia will be the winner IMO. Regards GFS
