Pay close attention to this chart: finance.yahoo.com^SOXX&d=my Note that the SOX has fallen just about every 3 years, and, most important, that the length of its downturn has always been 1 year. We're at the 1 year point folks... and the pattern has been repeated twice already. I can't believe how many SOX shorts I'm finding at SI... absolutely amazing that people mix up current economic woes with what really matters: future growth as the economy turns around, which it is. Next week will be interesting though... mainly watching AAPL earnings. What else are you folks playing/looking at? - Zen
