Martin, I'd have to give your question concerning "who is subscribing with whom" some thought. This falls into the same category of who is swapping with whom, who is selling raw capacity to whom, who is providing contractual protection routes for whom, who is colo-ing with whom, and so forth. Highly secretive information among traditional carriers, indeed. Not so much with the new agers, those who are left. And one reason that the traditionals are so averse to trading bandwidth in open markets (bandwidth commodities, for example) and why they wont (at least up until now) participate in bandwidth pooling points, like some of the energy plays are proposing to do.
