Hi Rise, Your in with VPR-v @$.05 for 200,000 shares. Chart for Vital Pac Res Ltd Bahamas(VPR-v): bigcharts.com Looking at the chart for VPR we can see that it is trading right at all it's major MA's but getting any sort of read from the chart is next to impossible because of the thin volume.
