You are kind of wailing on Malcolm Bernsohn, who many of us know from the G&K thread as a very savvy older investor (particularly for a Canadian guy). You have corrected him on the typical Qualcomm mind-numbing blizzard of initials and suggested several areas he should go research.

What you have not done is address Malcolm's fundamental question whether Qualcomm's patents are likely to expire over the next 2-9 years. Nor have you pointed him to any sources from which he might "research" that issue.

I don't think it was your intention to underscore Malcolm's point of concern. But by flipping him a bunch of frickin' FLAs and dodging his inquiry, that is precisely what you have accomplished.
