...the complete text of the message 3041 (must) have been cut and pasted from an article by Gary Rosenberger at MNI (www.marketnews.com) in this week's "Reality check" column, titled "US apartment rent increases aggressive: brokers".

I read literally the same text while hitchhiking in a different part of galaxy (www.prudentbear.com). They at least indicated their source of information.

I think it is fair at least to tell which bird this kind of feathers were plucked from. Not to talk about copyright.
