kidl,

Has anyone here tried Zyban?

I have quit smoking for about 4 years now. It was my nth attempt. I still get an urge from time to time for some strange reason, but I know that if I ever have even one cigarette, I will be back at it like I never quit within just a few days. The failure rate is supposedly still at 50% at the 5 year mark.

I recommend "cold turkey". I had a very dificult time but other than withdrawal symtoms, there were no other side effects. I didn't try Zyban, but I understand it has successfully helped some people quit smoking permanently, along with everything else:-))
