You've got an ugly temperment that doesn't represent your cause well. The same type temperment that turned the public off with the GOP after the Pat Buchanon speech. Name-calling, hateful tones and making fun of what you don't understand, and maybe never will because you refuse to try.

We've finally got pretty clean air out here in So-Cal. Used to be the worst. Not anymore. That hoinor goes to Hoton now and it's getting worse there every day. We haven't had a smog alert in years thanks to our "whacko" leadership. We also still have the strongest economy here despite pollution controls. Which proves you can have jobs and success without that much pollution. Also we have a lot of Republicans here too, many who agree.

Polls nationally show people are willing to pay more for cleaner gas and energy. You should agree because it's worth it. So is conservation and efficiency. People don't want more pollution and waste. Only corruption in the system and zero policing can force that one down our throats.

Support of increased toxic pollution isn't exactly a healthy or popular cause. And neither is support for fat cat special interest soft money corruption. You make fun of Buddhist fundraisers but you can't see your own selves in the mirror twice as fat mainly from industries which dirty our air, water and lands for a profit. Yes, some of its necessary but not nearly as much as your side promotes and would allow.

Go back and listen to Bush's campaign speeches about the environment. You used to call Gore a liar. What about Bush now? Afterall actions speak louder than words and the proof is in the pudding. People are noticing, believe me, and not just on the left. But this kind of snookery will be a thing of the past if campaign finance reform gets by the DeLay-controlled gang of soft money addicts in congress. And if it doesn't, then DeLay and his ilk will be kicked out next election, at least enough of them to swing it back the other way. Count on that. They know it too.
