the expense is all relative. I have been trading in and out on small positions with straddles on Dell
and havent lost any money yet. Yes, but you haven't minimized your opportunity cost. You can make a lot more money doing a straddle on Presstek than you can on Dell. And at some point, you're going to lose, because you can't be making that much, even with perfect timing.
