They did it before in the 70's. But now they have friends in The White House. Dick Cheney is a man they've done business with, recently from his CEO job in the private sector. He must have immense clout with them after saving their butts from Iraq. Yet how does he now use it? Gas prices are still rising and OPEC production is being cut and staying cut. Until the summer when they hope to squeeze the American consumer and moderates in congress into allowing all their controversial energy and pollution bills through. I know it's hard to prove but it all make sense and it's already started happening. Like clockwork. Just watch. It is collusion on one of the highest levels ever.And it is costing us dearly. However it will greatly benefit Bush-Cheney and their close allies and weaken their foes.
