Sorry, American. That article is just more left-wing spin. California caused its own crisis and should start conserving energy like everybody else. Too many Californians does not a conservationist make. I've seen what they do. No mountain where they want one? Just build it -- screw the people who used to have a view. Too much mountain? Take it down. No water? Put in an electric powered waterfall with somebody else's water. Californians suffer from acute NIMBY syndrome. Leave off ANWR oil too. Without California it will go a lot farther.
