Current Sector Bell Curve

This week we saw strength from the sector bullish percent charts. There were only three sectors falling on their charts this week. They were Buildings, Finance and Gas Utilities. The strength came in the technology sectors with reversals to the upside from oversold levels coming from Computers (24%), Electronics(36%), Semiconductors (30%), Software (26%) and Telephone (24%). Also reversing up was Aerospace (34%), Forest Paper (30%)Metals Non-Ferrous (46%), Oil service (44%) and Wall Street (32%). The Drug and Biotech sectors saw strength this past week with Drugs moving from 38% to 52% and Biotech moving from 26% to 42%. There are now a number of sectors that have reversed up with goods field position to consider. See the list below of those that are in Xs and below 50%. There is only one sector within 1% of a reversal, Insurance, which is .8% away from reversing up to 52% and Bear Correction status.
