Dave, I am not absolutely sure, but i believe that QCOM's Snap Track is turned OFF unless the customer decides to turn it on ot perhaps dials 911 and turns it on. Network location is a violation of personal privacy which I find highly objectionable. If this turns out to be the case, I will drop Verizon for Sprint in a New York second and IO am sure that there are many others that feel the same way.
