Jim: The last dollar up was at the very last few minutes and contributed to about 400,000 shares. This was either a short squeeze or a sign of reversal. For the later, U buy to drive it up, causing momentum (by short squeeze and attracting momemtum buyers) and then u sell. U come out ahead because u are selling into the rally rather than dumping in an already weak market. Look at the lack of enthusiasm lately! However, do u see the CUC deal as significant? From the low volume, it looks mediocre at best, especially there was no movement after the announcement, and things happened all of a sudden in a few minutes. Could be Cowen buying?
