No wonder about "special" treatment of OTC stocks...I poked around a bit and it seems a large percentage of the few regular posters aren't just normal people wanting to talk about their investments. I looked at the almost non existant Canadaian section, and the one thread with a few posts is mostly one guy who runs OTCpulse.com and offers site hosting to OTC companies. Then I see willywizard posting and check his "investor relations" for OTC companies site. Of course there's Jenna promoting her chat room. It seems clear the type who are being attracted to the chairman feature...
