This is getting too funny. Remember our astute 'friend' analyst from Needham who initiated JNPR on March 7 with a hold and a target price of $43 when the stock was much higher? Well, as we know, he raised the stock to a strong buy from a hold on April 5th lowering his price target to $39. Guess what? He downgraded it from strong buy to a buy yesterday. That's got to be a record - three calls in 5 weeks time.

And here's the fourth. Perhaps a weekly event?
