I've never read anything you posted that did not make perfect sense to me You've never read my late night posts, have you? LOL, but I'll take a compliment when it's offered, thanks. I haven't been keeping up with the talking heads too much, I decided to unplug the TV at home a couple of months ago. I do not miss the pundit drivel. But I'm not completely out of the loop. I tend bar a few nights a week and can't help myself, I tune into Hardball and a couple of the other talking head shows to get a flavor of what's being said out there. Kristol, along with David Brooks and Robert Kagan, have written several pieces on the virtues of a Pax Americana, why a benevolent global hegemony is desirable, etc. They see McCain as a pliable way to get a seat at the table. All things considered, they are really liberals.
