News on CQV-v: Cdn Imperial Venture receives Garden Hill contracts 2001 News Release Mr. Kirby Mercer reports Canadian Imperial Venture has awarded contracts for the previously announced recompletion and drilling program at the Garden Hill field. Simmons Drilling has been contracted to supply and operate its drill rig No. 31. Coil tubing equipment and services will be provided by BJ Services while Baker Atlas will provide wire line services for the company's operations. Equipment is currently being mobilized and operations are expected to commence before the end of April, 2001. The Garden Hill field is located on the Port au Port Peninsula in western Newfoundland.
