Too bad that Clinton had very little or nothing to do with the positives you mentioned.

Clinton pushed the 1993 Deficit Reduction Act and Crime Bill through Congress without any Republican support. He garnered up enough Democratic support for NAFTA and GATT, which Bush was unable to do.

Those accomplishments alone were enough to define an outstanding presidency.
