To all,

There are probably alot of things that we can do to help ourselves including:
1. Asking for our certificates (I haven't).
2. Calling on the company to provide a continuous set of updates.
3. Continuing to perform due dilligence.
4. Projecting ourselves in a responsible manner that does not necessarily scare other potential investors off (that digs our hole deeper).

However, I'm interested in getting the price up. Regardless of whether these guys are questionable characters or promoters, I still want to at least recover my principle. How do we act responsibly for ourselves to assist ourselves make money? That's the most important FIRST question.

For me, I've done several things. First, I've averaged down so my basis is more realistic - not the teens anymore.

Second, I've asked vteh to put out a letter to shareholders that explains the current situation and what their plan specifically is to recover (They liked the idea but it obviously hasn't happened yet).

Third, I've found out that part of the delay on starting up the system and making it operational is due to some delay with the new version of Microsoft Explorer. The vteh software needs version 4, I guess. However, new money may be used to fund software modifications for present versions of Explorer I think.

Fourth, the stock movement of itry (formerly Kaniksu) has improved dramatically (this is a subcontractor of vteh's). The plan, from what I have heard, is to get it to 5 or 6. Once there, additional financing arrangements of some sort will be made to move vteh back. itry has moved - maybe their plan is working. In addition, volume on vteh was big today. Maybe things are happening.

Fifth, the idea of vteh being small in headcount isn't bad. They've subcontracted to others to do the software development, hardware development, financing, and some of the marketting. What's wrong with that? My business and other similar ones do that all the time.

Maybe I appear to be overly optimistic, I'm not. I'm being pragmatic about this. I want to make money and therefore I will focus on what makes money including contributing my thoughts and ideas in a manner that leads to profit. Lawsuits, new threads, whining, etc. could all be extremely interesting but they are not going to significantly help make profit - they are tools for venting and providing retribution.

Anyway, that's my two bits.
