Can anyone explain to me the difference between an n-type 6H and an n-type 4H wafer? Could it be that the 3" 4H wafers are the SiC precursors of the RF power devices that Spectrain is required to purchase. AKA to the SIC gemstone material C&C was required to purchase. As you can see I am slightly skeptical of the whole situation. john
