11:54 ET Adobe Systems (ADBE) 40.45 -0.61: -- Update -- Newswires are picking up the story from Adobe's 10-Q which was filed on Friday. In the SEC filing, company discloses that its sole U.S. manufacturer recently filed a petition for a Chapter 11 reorganization. The unnamed manufacturer is one of three Adobe suppliers. Adobe is exploring possible alternatives, but states: "...there can be no assurance that it will continue operations at all or sufficient to meet our needs, nor that we can establish alternative arrangements in time to avoid serious harm to our business."
