Ex-government bigwigs are put on boards for their contact lists and handshaking abilities, not their business acumen. I'm sure Cohen will fill this role well.

What's somewhat surprising here is not GX's price but rather that LVLT seems to have found a V bottom from its recent plunge while GX as yet hasn't. Perhaps those coal mines did the trick after all. :)
