I think the thing that is really bad about these downgrades is that the analyst said that he expected a slowdown the second half of 97 for the semi equipment man. companies. That is not good because we have been hearing for over a year how the second half of 97 was when things were really suppose to pick up.

FSI's earnings will be interesting but what management says about bookings and what they see for the next few quarters will be even more interesting.

Either way, I am definitely not getting my hopes up for this stock to do much in the next 6 months.
